Early days E-boys1 E-boys2 Titanic truth SG5 Groovies Inc     The truth and nothing but the truth. Acid rock! 1969 ! Flower power! Fuzzbox pedals! And the longest jam a swedish truckdrivers son could ever get involved in. After the Electric Boys split up in 1994, me, Tony Taylor & Nils Festader got together to "do something". We didn`t know what, but we knew that all of us could write and sing and we were dying to let it rip. So we went in with the Marshall stacks and the curly guitar cords and a ridiculous amount of drums, into a rehearsal place in Stockholm. Plugged in the guitars as usual, but this time, we didn`t plug in our brains. The noise that came out was basically the 3 of us going through our record collections. Jimi, Ten Years After, Cream, Beatles, The Who, Mountain, Free, etc... I was Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Leslie West & ............... ( fill in your favourite 70s guitar player here) at the same time. Then, at some point we wrote some stuff and were approached by Stockholm Records, to do an album. It all just sort of happened very fast and without any major discussions. To this day, I can`t recall us ever saying that we actually had a band. Of course, that kind of music is not what people consider "commercial music" in the MTV world , but to be honest we weren`t living in that world anyway.... We called ourselves Titanic Truth, because it was all from the heart and very honest music. Little did we know, that it would sink faster than the un-sinkable ship did. Only this time, there was life after death.   Nils Festader Or Anders. Or Nippe... Plays bass, guitar, keyboard, sings & write songs. He looks like vintage Bruce Springsteen but writes glam tunes. And smells like Bob Rock. Wrote some songs with me for my solo album. Used to play guitar/ keyboards in Great King Rat ( pre T.T) & bass in Southfork (post T.T). He lives in Gothenburg for the moment and is writing songs for other artists & commercials. Tony Taylor The definition of a rock'n'roll hippie. He`s born in Finland and surrounds himself with carpets, morrocan drapings, antique furnitures and music. He sings like Robert Plant, plays drums like Ginger Baker/ Keith Moon & writes riffs like Jimmy Page. Before Titanic Truth, he was the singer in the band Trash, one of the first bands out of Sweden to get a million dollar deal with an American label. Nowadays, he`s making music in his own studio, and working part time in a great shop in Stockholm, "Pixi bor här", that sells furnitures, candles, jewelry & paintings.
